りんごの木の歩留まり向上を目的として,りんごの木を減圧状態で浸水後,減圧乾燥器および自然対流式乾燥器を用いて乾燥試験を行った。乾燥後のりんごの木の観察や含水率の測定,繊維方向や接線方向,半径方向の乾燥前後での収縮率の測定を行った結果,自然対流式乾燥器を用いて乾燥を行った試験片は全ての条件において木口面に割れが発生した。それに対し,減圧乾燥器を用いて乾燥を行った試験片は,全ての条件で木口面の割れが確認されなかった。また,同温同時間の乾燥では,自然対流式乾燥に比べ,減圧乾燥の方が接線方向と半径方向で乾燥後の収縮率は大きいことが分かった。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"names":[{"name":"Mitsutoshi,
