ミセ\nルロース(HC):セルロース(CL)の割合は果肉では30.3:9.7:60.0で、果皮におけるそれは、48,8:17.7:33.5\nであった。ペクチン様物質画分はアラビナン、ガラクタンおよびアラビノガラクタンを側鎖に持つラムノガ\nラクツロナンが主要多糖であり、- ミセルロース画分はキシログルカンが主要多糖であった。セルロース画\n分は、果皮ではほとんどがグルコースで構成されていたのに対して、果肉のそれはキシロースとグルコース\nがほぼ1:1であり、セルロースとキシランから構成されていると考えられた。ここで、果肉のCL画分の約半\n分をキシランと仮定し、-
