ミセルロースⅠをDEAE-SephadexA-25\n(酢酸型)に供し、非吸着型アラビノキシランーⅠと吸着型アラビノキシランーⅡを49:37で得た。アラビノキ\nシランIIの構成糖は、ウロン酸:ラムノース:フコース:アラビノース:ガラクトース:グルコース:キシ\nロース-微量:0:0.3:25.2:10.6:2.1:61.8で、アラビノキシランーⅡのそれは、微量:2.2:0.2:24.0:\n8.5:0.5:64.6であったOキシラナ-ゼ加水分解物中のキシロオリゴ糖(重合度1-3)と側鎖を有するキ\nシロオリゴ糖の比率は、アラビノキシランーⅠで28:72、アラビノキシランーⅡで11:89であった。これらの結\n果より、大麦若葉粉末に由来するアラビノキシランーⅠと-Ⅱの違いは側鎖構成成分のアラビノース残基等によ\nる分岐率とそれらのキシラン主鎖上での分布状態に違いがあると推定された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前大学教育学部紀要.
