ブンセキ"}]},"item_5_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2005-10-07","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"94","bibliographicPageEnd":"52","bibliographicPageStart":"47","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前大学教育学部紀要"}]}]},"item_5_description_17":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"植物細胞壁多糖を構成する主な中性単糖7種とグルコ二糖類を,短時間で連続的に分離同定する方法とし\nて,パルスドアンペロメトリー検出(金電極)付きのイオンクロマトDX-300(日本ダイオネクス社)によ\nる陰イオンクロマトグラフィー(HPAEC)を用いての条件検討を行った｡\nその結果,溶離液として超純水を用いることにより,目的の中性単糖7種(L-フコース,L-アラビノース,\nL-ラムノース,Dガラクトース,D-グルコース,D-キシロース,D-マンノース)を分離することができた｡ま\nた,中性単糖分析と同様のCarboPacPAlカラムを用い,グラジェント溶出によって,a-グルコ二糖類1a.a-\nトレハロース[α-D-GIc(1-1)-α-D-GIc],コ-ジビオース[α-D-GIc(1-2)-D-GIc],ニゲロース[α-D-GIc(1\n-3)-D-GIc],マルトース[a-D-GIc(1-4)-D-GIc],イソマルトース[a-DIGIc(1-6)-DIGIc]t 及びβ-グルコ\n二糖類18,β-トレハロース[β-DIGIc(1-1)-β-DIGIc],ソホロース[β-D-GIc(1-2)-DIGIc],ラミナリビオー\nス[β-D-GIc(1-3)-D-GIc],セロビオース[β-D-GIc(1-4)-DIGIc],ゲンチオビオース[β-D-GIc(1-6)\n-D-GIc]Ⅰの分離･同定が可能であるとわかった｡このことから,植物細胞壁多糖構成中性単糖及びグルコ二\n糖の分析が,ダイオネクスのCarboPacPAlカラムにより,多糖の酸加水分解物及び部分分解物の分離同定\nを迅速に行えることが示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前大学教育学部紀要.
