ブンセキ"}]},"item_5_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2007-10-01","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"98","bibliographicPageEnd":"65","bibliographicPageStart":"59","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前大学教育学部紀要"}]}]},"item_5_description_17":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿は，暫定的に職業選択を終えた大学生の職業観について分析・把握するため，志望者数が比較的多く，学部の選定と職業への移行が密接に関連している教職希望学生を対象として，その期待価値観を検討した結果を報告する。大学入学の初期段階において，将来の職業として教員を明確に希望する151名の期待価値観について，浦上（1992）の作成した調査項目を用いて分析を行った。その結果，教職を志望する学生は，活動的な仕事を通して，能力を活用すること，達成観を得ること，人間的に成長することなどの内面的な要因の充実に対する期待が高く，外部からの社会的評価や経済的な恩恵に関する価値観の評価が低いことが示された。また，教職以外の職業を希望する学生の期待価値観と比較して，価値観の分化・異質化が進行しており，その傾向は指導者・統率者として行動する価値観や，身体的・社会的な活動に関する価値観において強く表出しているのではないかと思われた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前大学教育学部紀要.
