病院、K 病\n院に通院している気管支喘息の小・中学生（保護者を含む）50名であった。\n　学校側と気管支喘息について話し合いを15名がもち、学級担任はすべてに同席していたが、養護教諭が同\n席した者は４名であった。自分の病気（気管支喘息）についての理解度では、理解していると思っている者\nは、学級担任では68％、養護教諭では56％であった。学校での発作時の対応については養護教諭に対応して\nほしいが48％、担任に対応してほしいが24％であった。養護教諭に期待することは、｢発作の対応｣に関す\nる期待が最も多く、次いで「日常の対応」、「学校環境の改善」であった。以上より、養護教諭は学校側と家\n族・子どもとの話し合いの場に積極的に参加し、コミュニケーションを取った上で、日頃の支援をすること\nが望まれる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前大学教育学部紀要.
