level）」、「誰がアカウンタビリティ\nを負うのか（who holds）」、「誰に対してアカウンタビリティを負うのか（to whom）」、「何に関してアカウンタビリ\nティを負うのか（for what）」、「どのようにしてアカウンタビリティを果たすのか（how）」という５W １H
