用語に関する知識では、「知っている」割合はいずれの項目も小学5年生から中学3年生にかけて高くなり、そ\nの割合は大学生までほぼ同じだった。技能の自己評価では、用語に関する知識と同様に小学5年生から中学3年生\nにかけて、「できる」割合が増加し、中学3年生から大学生にかけてはほぼ同じ割合だった。これより、小・中学\n校家庭科学習の効果がみられた。\n 調理用語と被服製作用語の語群のうち類似している〔調理方法〕と〔縫製方法〕で比較した。「知っている」割\n合は、いずれの学年でもまた男女とも〔調理方法〕語群の方が〔縫製方法〕語群より高くなった。「できる」割合\nは、小学5年生、中学3年生、大学生では男女とも〔調理方法〕語群の方が高くなったが、中学1年生では男女と\nも〔縫製方法〕語群の方が高くなった。また、「できる」割合の最も高かった学年は、〔調理方法〕語群では中学3\n年生、〔縫製方法〕語群では中学1年生だった。これには、小・中学校における調理実習と被服製作実習の授業時\n数や学習内容が影響したと考える。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前大学教育学部紀要.
