県の養護教諭を対象に質問紙調査を実施し，養護教諭による自傷する児童生徒への対応の実態について明らかにし，現場で直接支援に携わる養護教諭が支援において何を必要としているのか，子どもたちの心身の健康につながるよりよい支援とはどのようなものかについて示唆を得ることを目的とした。その結果，自傷行為は中学校及び高等学校において多く見られ，実際に行った養護教諭の対応として最も多かったのは「児童生徒の精神的なケア」であった。また，対応に際して困難や苦慮を感じたことは，「保護者との連携」が最も多いことが明らかとなった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前大学教育学部紀要.
