ヨクセイ"}]},"item_5_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2011-10-20","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"106","bibliographicPageEnd":"14","bibliographicPageStart":"9","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前大学教育学部紀要"}]}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"教育現場で行える高温多湿の曲げ加工前処理法の開発を目的に,市販のサプセタを使用したマイクロ波誘導加熱による前処理法を試みた。木材は天然の高分子物質でありパイプ状細胞の集合体である。木材の高分子は紐状のため180℃位まで温度が上がると分子レベルの軟化が得られる。そこで本研究では,エネルギー効率が高く短時間で処理可能な飽和水蒸気による100℃程度のマイクロ波加熱に加え,同時に引張面に約200℃の誘導加熱を施すことを前処理とし,トーネット法を用いない曲げ加工をブナ材で行い,引張面に生じる割れの状況を木取りごとに検証した。その結果,放射組織に沿って裂けやすい柾目材(二方柾)および追柾材,板目材に近い追柾材では,マイクロ波誘導加熱による前処理を施すことで,曲げ加工時に生じる割れを抑制できた。また板目材は目切れの大小に関わらず,100℃の飽和水蒸気による前処理だけで曲げ加工ができた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前大学教育学部紀要.
