ケンキュウ"}]},"item_5_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2011-10-20","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"106","bibliographicPageEnd":"68","bibliographicPageStart":"63","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前大学教育学部紀要"}]}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の目的は、大学生の職業適性検査に対する信頼感を様々な角度から検証することと、Dweck（2000）で知能について提唱された、知能を固定的なものと見るか増加の余地があるものと見るかといった暗黙理論の枠組みが、職業適性においても適用可能かどうかを検討することにある。約100名の大学１年生を中心とした集団に質問紙調査を実施した。結果は、大学生たちの４割近くが就職前に職業にむいているかどうかを知るための手段として職業適性検査を挙げ、半数近くが検査結果を大筋では信じるとしつつも、不適判定が出た場合には7割がその判定結果を無視するかのような回答をした。知能・社会性・職業適性についてはそれぞれ増加の余地があると回答した。しかしながらそのことは、同時に現時点での適性を把握することに疑義を生じさせる可能性が示唆された。自己理解と能力向上との間のトレードオフについて問題提起がなされた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前大学教育学部紀要.
