Dysmorphic Disorder: BDD）があげられる。BDD は青年期に好発することが知られており，大学生の中にも身体不満足感を訴える群において軽度のBDD 症状が確認されることが報告されている。近年，BDD 症状については臨床群から非臨床群まで量的な連続性を有することが指摘されており，非臨床群のBDD 症状を身体醜形懸念と再定義する動きもある。本研究では大学生を対象とし，身体不満足感と身体醜形懸念について検討することを目的とした。身体不満足感については男性よりも女性の方が強い傾向にあること，不満を感じる身体部位も女性の方が多いことが示された。また，身体不満足感と身体醜形懸念との間に正の関連が認められた。男性では鼻，顔の輪郭，頬，額に対する不満足感が，女性では体格，腹部，臀部，腕，体重への不満足感が身体醜形懸念と関連することが示された。以上の結果より，大学生のBDD 症状を理解していく際に，不満の対象となる身体部位の性差を踏まえた対応が必要である可能性が示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前大学教育学部紀要.
