ケントウ"}]},"item_5_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2013-10-18","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"110","bibliographicPageEnd":"29","bibliographicPageStart":"23","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前大学教育学部紀要"}]}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"出芽酵母は、増殖が速く、増殖期にある細胞では無性生殖の１つである出芽の観察も容易なため、学校で簡単に培養することができれば実験教材としての幅広い活用が期待できる。そこで本研究では、身近にある材料を使って簡便に酵母を培養する方法を検討した。その結果、糖および園芸用液体肥料を成分とする液体培地で、市販のドライイーストの酵母が増殖することを見出した。培養液中の酵母を顕微鏡で観察したところ、出芽中の細胞が多数見られた。また上の成分のいずれかを欠いた培地ではほとんど増殖しなかったことから、酵母の増殖には炭素源と、窒素・リン・ビタミン類・無機塩類などの炭素源以外の栄養素の両方が必要であることが確かめられた。この実験は、生物の増殖に必要な栄養素や生物を構成する元素についての理解につながると考えられる。さらに、糖・ブイヨン・粉寒天を成分とする寒天培地で酵母が増殖することも見出した。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前大学教育学部紀要.
