C06を第Ⅱ世代、C07~ C09(2013年3月卒業生)を第Ⅲ世代として、卒業時質問紙調査で捉えた自我同一性と三つの変数群(カリキュラム理念関連変数、教員としての資質能力向上感、教職観)の世代間推移を明らかにし、三つの変数群と自我同一性の関連性を世代別に分析した上で、世代による違いも考察した。世代間推移では、第Ⅱ世代で強まった多くの特徴が第Ⅲ世代では元の水準に戻る傾向が見られる中で、第Ⅱ・第Ⅲ世代では自我同一性が明確に達成化したほか、「教育者としての使命感」や「教師以外の人々との関係づくりが欠かせない仕事」という教職観も強まっていた。三変数群と同一性地位の関連性については第Ⅰ世代では関連性が著しく薄いのに対して、第Ⅱ・第Ⅲ世代では関連性が強まっていた。また第Ⅱ・第Ⅲ世代では感受性と配慮性の涵養が自我同一性の達成化を促していることも示された。これらはC04以降の教員養成カリキュラムの有効性を示すものである。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前大学教育学部紀要.
