カラ"}]},"item_5_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2014-10-14","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"112","bibliographicPageEnd":"88","bibliographicPageStart":"81","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前大学教育学部紀要"}]}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の目的は，保育者養成課程への進学動機，自己や職業に関する探索行動が，大学コミットメントの諸側面にどのように関連しているのかについて明らかにすることであった。保育者養成課程に在籍する300名を対象として質問紙調査を実施した。クラスター分析の結果，対象者は「社会的地位群」「漠然群」「自己形成群」「無動機群」の４群に分類された。進学動機４群と各キャリア探索高低群を独立変数，大学コミットメントを従属変数とする二要因分散分析を行ったところ，全体的に「自己形成群」は大学コミットメントが高かったが，進学動機による違いは高学年でより少なくなった。また，自己探索・職業探索をより行っている者は，低学年では「大学適応」が，高学年では「専門職への志向」が高かった。本研究を通じて，進学動機の影響や入学後のキャリア探索の機能についての示唆が得られた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前大学教育学部紀要.
