では,傾聴スキル,質問スキル,あたたかい言葉がけスキル,共感スキルを学習した。保健学習では,小学校3年生の題材「けんこうな生活」のうち「けんこうって,いいね」,「けんこうな1日の生活」を学習した。全ての授業は,学級担任と養護教諭のチーム・ティーチングの形式で実施された。本研究には小学3年生28名が参加した。プログラムの前後にターゲットスキルの獲得度と学校環境適応感尺度に関して,児童に自己評定を求めた。全プログラムの参加者28名が,本研究の分析対象となった。その結果,介入直後の時点において,共感スキルを除く全てのターゲットスキル得点が向上していた。更に,介入後に学校環境適応感の合計点の上昇がみられた。加えて,これらの効果は介入後1ヵ月後の時点においても維持されていた。以上のことから,SST
