教師は、自らが目標とする教育観と学習スタイルによって、独自のスタイルを形成している。それぞれの教師に\n必要な姿を「Teacher」「Coach」「Facilitator」「Organizer」の4つの観点によって説明することができるとされてい\nるⅰ。三重県のベテラン教師である草分京子は、子どもと協同で学習を創り、様々な困難を抱えている子ども達が\n学習に意欲的に取り組む教育実践を進めている。また、子ども達が作成した様々な学習成果物を表しており、草分\n実践の評価は高いⅱ。筆者は、学生や若手教員のモデルとなる経験の豊かな教師として草分京子に注目し、数年間、\n授業観察と交流を行ってきた。草分学級の実践観察に参加する学生は、その実践の確かさに感銘を受け、教職に生\nかそうと努力しており、草分から学ぶことは多いⅲ。現代の複雑な子どもを取り巻く環境の困難を教育によって克服しようとする教師の姿を草分京子の実践から学ぶことができる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前大学教育学部紀要,
