Paper","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_8_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"(1)3年間の研究計画についてのより明確な見通し-2人の教官がテネシ-大学マ-チン校(UTM)を訪問し、UTMから2人(1人は交換教授)の教官が来日して直接に全教官と討議したことによって、研究の基盤を確認し、両国での研究の見通し、実現の可能性と限界を明確にすることができた。(2)弘前大学の2教官はテネシ-州マ-チン市を中心とした統合教育(メインストリ-ミング)実施校、早期療育施設関係の合計7つの学校と施設を訪問し、実情を視察した。メインストリ-ミングの推進には受け入れ校の教職員、父母、地域等の理解を得ることが重要で次年度の課題の重要性を確認した。UTMの2教官は青森県、弘前市他の合計12の学校や施設を訪問した。Kendall氏は2つの講演「アメリカ社会と障害者」、「アメリカにおける障害児教育」を行い約450人の教育関係者にアメリカの障害児教育を紹介し、交流を深めた。(3)教員養成における障害児教育関係科目の取得の必要性について- アメリカでは教員になる全学生が1年間1つの障害児教育の授業が必修であり、UTMでKendall氏の学部学生対象の障害児教育の授業の1つを参観した。(4)障害児教育の対象、障害カテゴリ-の相違- 総数では、アメリカの約800万人に対し、日本では特殊教育諸学校、小・中学校特殊学級在籍児童生徒数が約16万人で、日本の障害児教育対象数は極めて少ない。カテゴリ-では、注意欠陥障害(ADD)の疑いのある児童・生徒は日本の教育界では全く知られていない。日本とアメリカでは、教育制度、及び判定者において、障害児を拾いあげる枠組みや基準がかなり異なると示唆される。(5)アンケ-トの実施-
