Lake Kari-numa is heavily polluted organically, which had strikingly high chlorophyll a concentration in the surface and anoxic waters in the bottom. Except for the Karl-numa, mean value of the chlorophyll a concentrations ranged from 2.8 to 23.8 μgl^-1 among the lakes surveyed, and did not depend on ongin of the lakes. It is suggested that abundant aquatic vegetation and common underground waters feeding the lake waters make the diference of water chemistries unclear. The chlorophyll a amounts in the most lakes are lower than those in some other sand dune lakes in Niigata Prefecture., 平成17年度~19年度科学研究費補助金(基盤研究(C))研究成果報告書 ; 課題番号17510193, 福原晴夫研究代表者. 急務となっている砂丘湖の生物多様性保全に関する研究. 2008, p.169-181}, title = {青森県・犀風山湖沼群の水質環境(予報)}, year = {2008} }
