ブローカ失語:病巣は一般に大きく島, レンズ核,中心前回下部の深部皮質下領\n域に重なりが多かったが, この失語症状群に決定的と思われる局在部位の定位は困難であった.② ウェルニ\nッケ失語:ウェルニッケ領野を含む上側頭回と上･中側頭回の皮質下領域に病巣の重なりが多く限局してい\nた.③健忘失語:病巣は小さく左半球のほほ全域に分布しており局在は定め難かった.④伝導失語:病巣は\nウェルニッケ領野を含む後方言語野に集中し,特に上縁回に症例の80%が病巣を有していた.⑤全失語:柄\n巣は大きく症例の70%はブローカ領野とウェルニッケ領野の両言語野を包含するが,限局した小病巣でもこ\nの失語症状群を呈するものが認められた.\nこの方法を用い症例を増やすことにより,境界例の位置づけや,新たな失語症状群の分類などに貢献でき\nるのではないかと期待される.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前医学.
