cytometryによる核DNA量（Ploidy levelとDNA index）およびS期細胞数の割合（％SF）についての解析を行った。\nそして，これらの指標とリンパ節転移との相関について検討を行った。\n結果は以下の如くであった。\n1）腫瘍細胞の核DNA量とリンパ節転移には明らかな相関は認められなかった。\n2）％SFはリンパ節転移と有意の相関（p＜0.01）をもっており，この相関は，臨床経過の長さあるいは腫瘍のheterogeneityの影響をあまり受けないと考えられるT1，2症例において顕著であった（p＜0.005）。\n3）病理組織学的悪性度評価（分化度）とリンパ節転移には統計学的に有意の相関は認められなかった。しかし，同じ分化度の症例においては％SFが高くなるほどリンパ節転移が多い傾向が認められた。\n以上の結果より，Flow cytometric DNA analysisにより得られる％SFは，リンパ節転移傾向の指標として有用であり，病理組織学的評価を補う悪性度の指標となり得ると考えられた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前医学.
