カンケイ"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1992-10-15","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"3","bibliographicPageEnd":"144","bibliographicPageStart":"132","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"44","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前医学"}]}]},"item_3_description_17":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"腰神経叢の分節の変異と腰仙椎部形態との関連を,実習用遺体88体を用い肉眼解剖学的に調査した.腰神\n経叢分節変異の指標として,分岐神経,腰神経叢上下端,最下外側皮枝を,腰仙椎部形態として,仙前椎数,第\n12肋骨長,腰仙部椎体角,仙骨岬角,仙腸関節面形態の変異を各々検索した.分岐神経は,起始根の高さと腰仙\n骨神経幹の太さにより,9型に分類された.分岐神経が頭側移動型になると,仙前椎数の減少と第12肋骨の短縮\nが生じ,尾側移動型になると,仙前椎数の増加と第12肋骨の延長が生じた.また分岐神経の変異の程度が大きい\n荏,その出現率は高くなった.腰仙部椎体角の最小となる部位は,分岐神経の頭尾側方向への移動変異と対応し\nて,頭側あるいは尾側への漸進的な移動を示した.仙腸関節耳状面は,分岐神経の変異が東側型から尾側型へと\n変化するのに伴い周期的な形態変化を示した.以上の結果は,この部分が示す臨床症状の多様性の一部を説明す\nると思われる","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前医学.
