テキケントウ"}]},"item_5_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2005-08","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"8","bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"57","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前医学"}]}]},"item_5_description_17":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"自然発生的に脊髄圧迫病変を生ずるtwyマウスの延髄下部と上位頚髄部の経時的な病理組織学的変化と,脊柱靭帯骨化発現に関与するTGF-βとdecorinの局在及び骨化発現との関連について明らかにするため免疫組織学的検討を行った.上位頚椎部,延髄部では椎間板と椎体に連続し後方へ突出した骨化病変と後方からの突出性病変により圧迫された部位に一致して白質の変化が明瞭に認められた.圧迫が特に顕著な部位では灰白質にも細胞の萎縮と軽度の脱落を認めた.び慢性の変化は白質,灰自質を問わず,延髄,脊髄全体に認められた.抗TGF-β抗体染色では初期に染色性の高い軟骨細胞が増加していた.抗decorin抗体染色では骨髄腔面,線維軟骨,靭帯部分が陽性に染色され,特に変性して突出した部位では明瞭な陽性像を示した.したがってtwyマウスでは椎間板線椎輪最外側部を中心に骨化過程が進行することが示唆された.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前医学.
