immunosorbent assay法により測定し比較した.また緑内障患者では,病期との関連についても検討した.結果:血中ET-1濃度(平均値±標準偏差)はNTG, POAG, CONTの順にそれぞれ3.34±1.27pg/ml,3.80±1.40pg/ml,4.39±1.34pg/mlで,NTG (P<0.01),POAG (P<0.05)はCONT群に比し有意に低かった.緑内障病期と血中ET-1濃度には明らかな関連はみられなかった.結論:緑内障患者では血中ET-1濃度が慢性的に低く,緑内障病態に関与している可能性が示唆される.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前医学.
