ケンキュウ"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2013-05-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"49","bibliographicPageStart":"41","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"64","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前医学"}]}]},"item_3_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年,高血圧治療標的アンジオテンシン変換酵素(ACE)は脳AT4受容体を介して記憶保持に関与していること,ならびに向精神病薬誘発性誤嚥性肺炎に関与している神経ペプチド,サブスタンスP(SP)の分解に関与している可能性が報告された.本研究では,栄養・機能成分の摂取経路である食事が認知症患者のQOL向上に寄与する可能性を有すること,カボチャがACE阻害成分を豊富に含有することの2点を踏まえ,カボチャの記憶保持増強効果ならびにSP分解抑制効果について基礎的検討を行った.カボチャ40%を含む飼料を投与したラットでは,記憶保持亢進効果ならびに脳AT4受容体拮抗物質LVV-H7発現増加が確認された.一方,ラット血漿中SP濃度はカボチャ摂取により増加せず,またラット血漿中においてSPはACE阻害剤カプトプリルの共存下でも分解を受けたことから,ラット血漿によるSPの分解にはACE以外の血漿中酵素が主たる寄与をしている可能性が示唆された.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前医学.
