selection site および negative selection sites を解析した。プロトタイプ株におけるタンパク質の線状エピトープも予測した。さらに、本株のタンパク質のアミノ酸置換をマッピングした。HPIV1は2つのクラスター、HPIV3は1つのクラスターに分類された。 HPIV1およびHPIV3 F遺伝子のp-距離値は<0.03であった。HPIV1 は2つのpositive selection sitesを、HPIV3は1つのpositive selection sitesを検出した。また、両方の株について、 10以上のnegative selection sitesを明らかにした。HPIV1のプロトタイプ株は4つのエピトープ、HPIV3のプロトタイプ株は5つのエピトープが予測された。HPIV3で予測されたエピトープはpositive selection site（aa108）に関与していた。さらに、LC76627株におけるアミノ酸置換（R73K）はHPIV3の1株のみで検出され（LC76627）、モノクローナル抗体による中和に対する耐性に影響を及ぼすことが考えられた。これらの結果は、調査期間中の東日本において、HPIV1およびHPIV3のF遺伝子が比較的よく保存されていることを示唆している。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_7_dissertation_number_67":{"attribute_name":"学位授与番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dissertationnumber":"甲068"}]},"item_7_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"16312","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"ツツイ,
