トクチョウ"}]},"item_5_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2006-12-26","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"9","bibliographicPageEnd":"27","bibliographicPageStart":"21","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前大学農学生命科学部学術報告"}]}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"メタン発酵は上向流式嫌気汚泥床(UASB)リアクターを用いて行った。汚泥は水田土壌をリンゴ搾り粕で馴養して製造した。3ヵ月後,球菌,桿菌や糸状性菌からなる粒状汚泥が形成された。粒状汚泥からペクチン,キシラン分解菌,AP81菌株を分離した。本菌株は周鞭毛による運動性があり,グラム陰性,胞子形成の絶対嫌気性細菌であった。本菌株は広範囲の糖類を資化し,発酵生産物として蟻酸,酢酸,乳酸,エタノール,H2とCO2を生成した。DNAのGC含量は42 mol%であった。本菌株の16S rDNAの塩基配列はCl. aerotoleransに最も近縁で97.9 %の相同性を示した。本菌株は,細胞形態,生理・生化学的特徴と16S rDNA の解析結果からCl.aerotoleransに最も近縁の菌種でると推察される。本菌株はペクチン,キシランに加えてグルコースやアラビノースなど広範囲の糖類を資化し,主要な発酵生産物としてエタノール,酢酸に加えて著量の水素を生成した。本菌株はペクチン,キシランの分解にともなって生成する水素によって生育は阻害されなかったが,水素利用メタン生成菌との混合培養によってエタノールは減少し,酢酸を多く生成した。AP81菌株は水素利用メタン生成菌との共生がエネルギー生成に有利に作用することを示唆している。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前大学農学生命科学部学術報告.
