{"created":"2023-05-15T09:03:36.042512+00:00","id":4524,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"56302402-dd3e-45a7-8f36-ca48732b9e61"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"4524","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"4524"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:hirosaki.repo.nii.ac.jp:00004524","sets":["701:728:729"]},"author_link":["16855","16867","16861"],"item_8_alternative_title_22":{"attribute_name":"タイトル（ヨミ）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"リンゴ カジツ ノ エチレン セイゴウセイ セイギョ ニカンスル イデンシ コウガク"}]},"item_8_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2000-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographic_titles":[{}]}]},"item_8_description_17":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_8_description_42":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Research Paper","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_8_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"リンゴ果実から単離されたACC合成酵素遺伝子の3種cDNA(ACS1,ACS2,ACS3)のうち、ACS1には、基本型の1-1型と、そのプロモ-タ-領域にSINE-md1が挿入した1-2型の2つの対立遺伝子が存在することを我々は明らかにした。本年度はこれらの発現様式と遺伝子型とエチレンについて詳しく検討した。1)1-2/1-2の'ふじ'、1-1/1-2の'ゴ-ルデンデリシャス'を用いてノ-ザン解析を行った。ACS1は収穫直後の果実では、両品種ともシグナルがみられず、20℃、12日間処理で'ゴ-ルデンデリシャス'では強い発現が、また、'ふじ'では極微量のシグナルが認められた。2)ACS3は、収穫直後の両品種の果実でもシグナルがみられ、さらに、20℃処理後にその量が明瞭に上昇することはなかった。3)これらの結果から、1-2型は1-1型に比べ発現量が極端に少なく、発言が認められない場合もあることが判明した。4)'ゴ-ルデンデリシャス'では収穫適期前にはエチレンが検出されず、適期後は樹上果で上昇が見られた。また、収穫果を20℃で静置した場合、急激にその濃度は上昇した。5)'ふじ'では収穫適期前から微量のエチレンが検出されたが、適期後の樹上果で、この濃度が上昇しなかった。また、収穫果では急上昇が認められた。6)収穫適期果を保冷した場合にも、両品種間には明らかなエチレン濃度の変動に違いが認められた。7)その他の品種においても同様の調査した結果、ACS1の1-2型ホモの品種は他の遺伝子型を示す品種に比べてエチレン濃度が低い傾向にあることが判った。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_8_description_6":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"平成9年度～平成11年度科学研究費補助金基盤研究(C)(2)研究成果報告書,課題番号:09660001,学会誌等論文未登録(p.39-45)","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_8_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"p.1-38,46-52 ;
