River"}]},"item_5_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2006-01-25","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"2","bibliographicPageEnd":"36","bibliographicPageStart":"21","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前大学大学院地域社会研究科年報"}]}]},"item_5_description_17":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"岩木川下流部のヨシ原は、絶滅危惧種であるオオセッカをはじめとする野生鳥類の繁殖地であり、\nまた地域の人によって古くからヨシ産業が行われてきた場所でもある。そのため、ヨシ原では毎年\n採取作業や火入れが行われている。このような攪乱は野生鳥類の繁殖を脅かすものとして危惧され\nているが、このヨシ原はオオセッカの繁殖地として約30年間持続してきた。そこで、この偶然成立\nしていたといえる共存を計画的なものに転換することを目的に、オオセッカの繁殖とヨシ産業の実\n態、並びに両者の関わりを調査し、ヨシ原管理のあり方を検討した。調査は2002年から行い、オオ\nセッカは多い年で300羽ほどの生息が推定された。オオセッカは、繁殖初期には非火入れ区に分布\nし、ヨシが生長するにつれて火入れ区にも拡がっていくこと、当初利用した非火入れ区は多くの個\n体によって利用され続ける傾向があることなどがわかった。また、先行研究と同じような植生の選\n択も確認され、植生・地形的要因と人為的要因によるオオセッカの繁殖への影響が明らかになった。\n中里町の岩木川沿いの地域では、武田堤防保護組合によるヨシ産業が行われている。ヨシ産業の場\nと形態は、岩木川河口部の治水・干拓事業によって大きな変化を遂げ、ヨシ採取の方法も集落総出\nの作業から業者委託へと転換していったこと、ヨシ原は今なおタイトな規範を有するコモンズとし\nて受け継がれていることがわかった。以上から、今後ヨシ原管理をするにあたっては、自然科学的\n知見と社会システムの実態をふまえた保全と利用の調整、柔軟な管理を行える「順応的管理」が望\nましいと考えられ、そのためのゾーニングモデルを作成した。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前大学大学院地域社会研究科年報.
