nursing"}]},"item_5_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2006-01-25","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"2","bibliographicPageEnd":"78","bibliographicPageStart":"61","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前大学大学院地域社会研究科年報"}]}]},"item_5_description_17":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"医療の高度化・複雑化につれて、医療事故が増加してきている。最近では、看護者が刑事責任を\n問われる判例も出ている。本論文はこのような現状において、いかにしたら「看護事故」を減少さ\nせ予防し得るかをリスクマネジメントの分析を通して考察したものである。\n本論文は従来の業務管理的視点をかえて、倫理学の視点から看護事故の発生を防止しようとする\nものである。つまり、看護者が看護実践するにあたり、「患者のいのちの倫理的受託者」であると\nいうことを自覚することによって、看護事故を防止するだけではなく、看護力の一層の向上に繋が\nることを精神科看護の実態調査を通して論証した。\n考察の結果、次のことを確認した。\n１　医療現場は単純なマニュアル化を阻む複雑さを持つ。\n２ 医療事故を予防するためには、コミュニケーションを通した関係性の構築が基盤となる。関係\n性の構築にあたっては、患者と医療従事者の間の信頼関係の構築だけではなく、医療チーム全体\nとしての連携の強化が必須である。そのためには、医療従事者がお互いの専門性を尊重し合うこ\nとが重要である。\n３ 信頼関係を構築するためには、メタコミュニケーションが重要な要因であり、看護倫理の要は\nこのメタコミュニケーションを活用した看護実践能力である。\n４ 精神科看護における倫理的問題の解決は、「いのちの倫理的付託者」としての患者と「いのち\nの倫理的受託者」としての看護者との関係性の構築過程にかかっている。何故かと言えば、精神\n科看護の現場では、看護者はコミュニケーションを通して人間関係を構築することが困難な患者\nたちとかかわっているからである。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前大学大学院地域社会研究科年報.
