Hachinohe"}]},"item_5_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2006-01-25","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"2","bibliographicPageEnd":"95","bibliographicPageStart":"79","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前大学大学院地域社会研究科年報"}]}]},"item_5_description_17":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"東北新幹線盛岡-八戸間は2002年12月に開業を迎え、新幹線が青森県に到達した。同区間の利用\n者は在来線当時に比べて51%増加し、首都圏から青森県内への入り込み客数も大幅に増えて、新幹\n線開業は経済面で地元に恩恵をもたらしている。\nしかし、新幹線の経済的効果が及ぶ地域や業種はまだ限定的である上、JR東日本から経営分離\nされた並行在来線の沿線では、運賃の上昇などによって新幹線と並行在来線双方の利用者が伸び悩\nんだ。高校進学予定者の進路が狭められる不利益も発生している。さらに、新幹線建設費の一部を\n地元県が負担する建設スキームは、青森県財政の最大の圧迫要因となっている。これらの大きな原\n因として、整備新幹線構想自体が持つ問題点と、地元側の開業準備態勢の問題が考えられる。\n2010年度の東北新幹線全通・新青森開業、2015年度の北海道新幹線新函館開業を控え、新幹線に\nよるメリットを最大化し、デメリットを最小化するための対策はますます重要になっている。地域\n振興のために効果的な対策を講じるには、沿線の鉄道利用実態や新幹線がもたらすとみられる利害\nを早急に調査するとともに、行政や経済界、NPOなどによる議論や調整の場を設けるべきである。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前大学大学院地域社会研究科年報.
