Prefecture"}]},"item_5_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2007-12-28","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"4","bibliographicPageEnd":"20","bibliographicPageStart":"3","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前大学大学院地域社会研究科年報"}]}]},"item_5_description_17":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿は、地方自治体における地域経済政策の定量的分析の必要性を位置づけたうえで、岩手県北\n上市を事例として、平成12年（2000年）産業連関表をノン・サーベイ手法によって推計し、北上市\n経済の構造を分析することを目的とする。本稿における若干の結論として以下の点があげられる。\n（１）平成12年（2000年）北上市経済の総供給は１兆161億円であった。そのうち、市内生産額は\n7227億円で、総供給の71.1％を占めている。内訳は、財の生産が3637億円、サービスの生産が3590\n億円で、財の生産が50.3％を占めている。\n（２）市内生産に占める産業別構成比を見ると、第１次産業が2.1％、第２次産業が48.2％、第３次\n産業が49.7％で、第２次産業と第３次産業がともに大きな割合を占めている。平成12年（2000年）\nの構成比上位５部門は電気機械、建設、商業、対事業所サービス、運輸である。平成12年（2000年）\nにおける北上市では、3810億円の粗付加価値が生み出された。産業部門ごとに粗付加価値の構成比\nを見てみると、電気機械、商業、建設、不動産、対事業所サービスなどの占める割合が大きい。各\n部門の地域特化性について見てみる。北上市において特化係数の高い産業である鉄鋼、一般機械、\nパルプ・紙・木製品、電気機械、精密機械、輸送機械などが地域特化性の比較的高い部門である。\n（３）他方、平成12年（2000年）北上市産業連関表における逆行列係数表を利用した最終需要項目\n別の生産誘発額、粗付加価値誘発額、移輸入誘発額の推計によれば、最終需要項目別に見た場合の\n誘発額の大きい項目が移輸出、および民間消費支出であることが特筆されるであろう。さらに、影\n響力係数－感応度係数分析による北上市の産業分類によれば、影響力、感応度ともに経済全体の平\n均値を上回っている産業として、運輸、対事業所サービス、紙・パルプ・木製品、通信・放送、建\n設、電力・ガス・熱供給が該当する。\n（４）産業連関分析を行うことにより、北上市の地域産業政策が市内経済に対して与える波及効果\nを計測し、北上市の地域産業政策の定量的評価を行うことができる。さらに、その定量的評価を用\nいて政策の事後評価を行うことにより、当該事業の成果を検証することができる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前大学大学院地域社会研究科年報.
