セイサンセイ"}]},"item_5_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2010-12-28","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"7","bibliographicPageEnd":"82","bibliographicPageStart":"69","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前大学大学院地域社会研究科年報"}]}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"ミクロレベルの設備投資の変動パターンは緩やかではなく、観測期間のうち大半の時点では投資量は小さく、逆にほんの僅かの期間において大量かつ集中的な投資が観察される。すなわち、設備投資の経年変化はスムーズでなく、むしろ断続的にスパイクが見出される。本稿は日本の製造業に属する上場企業726社の有形固定資産データを用い、機械設備の更新投資を分析する。機械設備の資本調整に観察される断続的なスパイクに着目し、スパイクの発生に関する実証分析を行う。設備投資のスパイクの間隔をスペルとして用い、ハザード関数の推定により、機械設備の更新投資の特徴を明らかにする。共変数と非観測異質性とを考慮したハザード関数のセミパラメトリック推定からは、ベースラインハザードは投資の休止期間であるデュレーションに依存して増加する傾向が見られた。非観測異質性を考慮したハザード関数の推定では三つの異なるセグメントが見出され、そのうち一つのセグメントでは投資スパイクの発生間隔は10年程度であることが確認された。\n加えて、機械設備の更新問題は、今の資本を使い続けるか、それとも新しいものに更新するかの選択である。新しい資本は技術進歩の効果を備えており、更新投資によって生産性の向上が見込まれる。以上の観点から、機械設備の投資に見られるスパイクが企業の生産性に与える効果について若干の分析を試みる。設備投資スパイクが検出された企業について、スパイク発生以後の10年間にわたる生産性の推移を考察する。機械設備の投資スパイクと企業の生産性との回帰分析の結果からは、投資スパイクの発生からしばらくは生産性を向上させる効果は見られず、6 年目以降から生産性の増加が見出された。生産性の増加はスパイク発生からの経過年数と正比例の関係にあり、それは熟練効果を示唆するといえる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前大学大学院地域社会研究科年報.
