ニツイテ"}]},"item_5_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2010-12-28","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"7","bibliographicPageEnd":"111","bibliographicPageStart":"95","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前大学大学院地域社会研究科年報"}]}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"戦後青森県産りんごの輸出数量の推移は第1次上昇期(1949－71年)、輸出不振期(1972－91年)と第2次上昇期(1992年以降)という三つの時期に分けられる。その輸出構造に次のような特徴が観察できる。\n　第１に東南アジア方面が一貫して主要な輸出先になっている。また時期によって輸出国と地域の比重が大きく変わることがあった。\n　第2に主要輸出品種は国光からスターキング、そして世界一、むつ、ふじに交替し、品種の高級化現象がみられる。\n　第3に産地出荷業者はりんごの輸出業務を輸出商社に任せ、輸出向け出荷業務に徹している。\n　このような諸特徴は主として日本りんご産業の国内生産流通条件によって規定されている。すなわち日本のりんご産業は専ら国内市場へ供給することを目的として形成されている。国内価格の騰落は出荷りんごの95%以上が国内市場に向けられる生産者と販売業者にとって死活問題である。輸出活動はその体制を補完するものとして位置づけられるため、りんごの国内生産と流通状況に制約される側面が強い。国内価格が低いとき、相場維持に輸出と加工の拡大が強調され、国内相場の調整弁として期待される輸出の役割は業界の一般認識となっている。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前大学大学院地域社会研究科年報.
