Discrimination"}]},"item_5_alternative_title_22":{"attribute_name":"タイトル（ヨミ）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"ヘンケン　サベツ　ニ　サラサレル　Bガタ　カンエン　ヒガイシャ"}]},"item_5_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2016-03-18","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"25","bibliographicPageStart":"17","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"12","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前大学大学院地域社会研究科年報"}]}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　本研究は、集団予防接種等によるHBV（B型肝炎ウイルス）感染被害者の生活困難の実態を解明し、被害者救済・恒久対策等今後の支援策への示唆を得るものである。本稿では、偏見・差別に関する被害実態の解明と、その認識を構造化することを目的とする。被害者のうち111名の協力を得て、2013－14年にインタビュー調査を実施し、逐語録をもとにKJ法による質的研究を行った。\n　その概要は、医療者の心無い対応や処遇等〈医療現場の差別〉に傷つき、〈母子感染で差別が拡大〉し我が子にも累が及んでいた。また、職場では排除の論理が働いて、被害者は〈働きづらい〉状況に陥っていた。さらに〈引き裂かれる絆〉に、夫婦・親子・きょうだい・恋人等の人間関係にも亀裂を生じていた。被害者は、社会の無理解や無関心から生じる、偏見や差別の折り重なる被害にさらされ〈身のおき処がない〉状態に陥り、安心して他者と関係を築くことができない状態となっていた。加えて今日のネット社会では、不十分な、〈情報が一人歩きする〉ことで被害はさらに拡大していた。こうした中、一歩前に出ようと偏見や差別から立ち上がり〈提訴に踏み切る〉ことで自分を取り戻し、新たな関係を築こうとする人々もいた。\n　HBV感染被害者は、様々な生活場面において偏見・差別の折り重なる被害に苦しい思いを抱いていた。彼らの心の底に堆積したつらい思いが、自らの身を一歩引かせる。それは、被害者を「安心して他者と関係を築けない」状況に追い込み、普通の市民生活を奪っていた。更に今日の情報社会では、不十分な情報が独り歩きすることで被害を拡大していることも明らかとなった。\n　偏見・差別の克服には、①全ての人々が肝炎に関する正しい知識を身に着け広めていくこと、②被害者が普通の市民生活を送ることができる社会づくりが重要である。そのための「点」から「線」さらに「面」へと被害者のエンパワメントやその支援のあり方等が示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前大学大学院地域社会研究科年報.
