{"created":"2023-05-15T09:03:41.111958+00:00","id":4617,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"323d6940-6735-498c-8784-3c4d304aecfc"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"4617","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"4617"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:hirosaki.repo.nii.ac.jp:00004617","sets":["732:928:748"]},"author_link":["17386","17387","17388"],"item_5_alternative_title_21":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Continuation of activities and personal changes of members in the small local welfare group :　Through interview surveys with members"}]},"item_5_alternative_title_22":{"attribute_name":"タイトル（ヨミ）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"ショウ　チイキ　フクシ　カツドウ　ダンタイ　ノ　ケイゾク　ヨウイン　ト　コジンテキ　ヘンカ　ガ　オヨボス　カツドウ　ヘノ　エイキョウ　カツドウ　メンバー　ニ　タイスル　インタビュー　チョウサ　ヲ　トウシテ"}]},"item_5_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2017-03-21","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"37","bibliographicPageStart":"21","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"13","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前大学大学院地域社会研究科年報"}]}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年、人口減少や高齢化の進行する地方では小地域福祉活動が活発化してきている。一方、それら\n活動には継続が困難となる場合も少なくない。これら小地域福祉活動における継続要因は、（1）柔軟\nな参加と活動の仕組み、（2）利他意識の醸成、（3）人との出会いとつながり、（4）地域への理解と愛着\nの生成、（5）活動に対する誇りと自信、の5 つの論点にまとめることができる。本論文では、福祉を\nめぐる「場づくり」を目指すF団体に所属するメンバー6 名に実施したインタビュー調査をもとに、\n活動の継続要因や望ましい活動のあり方について、5 つの論点との関連性と活動メンバー個々人に生\nじる変化を踏まえて検証した。\nそのうち、（1）「柔軟な参加と活動の仕組み」は活動の「条件」に当たるものであり、（2）以降の4\nつの論点は活動の「成果」に当たるものであり、「成果」の実感と活動「条件」の整備との間には困\n難な調整が求められることが示唆された。さらに、これら「成果」と「条件」は「一般化」と「特殊\nなものとの融合」という2 つの志向が影響していると考えられ、活動主体のずれは多様な人びとが活\n動に参加することによる多様性が増せば増すほど活動主体は個々に異なる方向に純化させようとする\n考え方を生成しやすいことが示唆された。\n以上を踏まえると次のように結論づけられる。（1）活動メンバーは「活動の仕組み」以上に「人と\nの出会いやつながり」を重視する傾向がある。（2）したがって、小地域福祉活動の継続には、「共同・\n実践ありき」と呼ぶべき「活動姿勢」の実現が重要な鍵を握る。（3）さらに言えば、「柔軟な参加態度と活動の仕組み」という最低限の「条件」と活動の多様な「成果」との調整が不可欠である。\nIn recent years, small local welfare activities have increased in depopulation and aging regions.\nHowever, most of those activities cannot continued. Through my short bibliographic survey, I\nconclude the primary factors of continuation of those activities as follows: 1） organization for flexible\nparticipation of members and decision of activities, 2） fostering of altruistic awareness of members,3） encounters with the unknown and connections with members, 4） fostering of understanding of\nand attachment for local community, and 5） self-confidence and pride of the activities.\nTherefore, in this paper I studied the interrelationship between these factors, paying attention to\npersonal changes of members, through the interviews with six members of Group F which aims to\nchange the negative image of welfare work in Akita City.\nAt first, I analyze that the first factor corresponds to the activities “conditions,” and the other\nfour factors correspond to the “results.” Consequently, the members of group need to difficult\ncoordination between the first conditional factor and the other resultant factors. In addition, I find\nout that in the conditional factor “respect for the peculiarity” is oriented and in the resultant factors\n“generalization” is valued.
