Oriented System（POS）によってまとめられた診療録は、患者情報の集大成であると同時に、これを記載する若い医師や医学生にとっては、自らの思考過程を検証し、診断能力を高める重要な学習ツールでもある。本学医学部医学科では平成１６年度より、４年次末に行われる臨床入門科目「Pre BSL」の中で、POS診療録を用いた診断の思考過程教育を試みている。本教育では、まず患者の臨床情報を\nData Baseとして医学生に与え、その中から異常所見を抽出し、さらに異常所見同士の因果関係、即ち病態生理を「病態流れ図」の形で表現する。この過程を通じ、医学生は自分に足りない知識や、知識を使うことのおもしろさ、さらには少人数グループによる討議を通じた効果的学習法などについて、多くの気づきが得られていた。本教育は臨床実習開始前の格好の準備教育になっているものと思われる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"21世紀教育フォーラム,
