ココロミ"}]},"item_5_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2011-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"39","bibliographicPageStart":"31","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"6","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"21世紀教育フォーラム"}]}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"コミュニケーション能力は医師が有すべきプロフェッショナリズムを支える重要な要素である。今回、コミュニケーション教育の一環として、医学部医学科１年生が模擬患者と対話する実習を行なった。具体的には、まずコミュニケーションの基本を講義した後、学生が模擬患者に対し「自分はこんな医師になりたい」をテーマに５分間話をした。自分の思いを上手に伝えるためには、話したい内容を要領よくまとめるだけではなく、挨拶や自己紹介、話す速さ、声の大きさ、言葉づかい、表情やしぐさなど、あらゆる要素を動員することが求められるが、初対面の人の前で、これらを上手に行なうことは意外に難しいことを、学生たちは実感していた。更に、実際の医療現場では、初診の患者は診察室で医師と相対したときに、同様の思いを抱いていることを想像できていた者もいた。人間を相手にする医師という仕事には、コミュニケーション能力の習得が欠かせないが、本実習がその良きスタートとなったことが示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"21世紀教育フォーラム,
