章（Student Doctor 章）」授与式を行い、プロフェッショナリズムの涵養を試みているので報告する。【対象と方法】CBT とOSCE に合格し、臨床実習を開始することを許された5 年次学生に対し、実習初日にSD章授与式を行った。講堂に一堂に会した5 年生に対し、医学部長、学務委員長、附属病院長の訓示の後、附属病院長がSD章を5 年生代表の胸に付け授与した。SD章は院内で働くスタッフと同様の顔写真入りのネームプレートである。引き続きSD 章を授与された学生の代表が「弘前大学医学部臨床実習生の誓い」を読み上げた。式には教員、コメディカル・スタッフ代表、模擬患者、研修医も出席し、また報道機関による取材も行われた。式後学生にアンケートを行い授与されたときの気持ちを記載してもらった。【結果】学生の感想は臨床実習への前向きの決意、自覚、期待を述べたものが多かったが、期待と不安が交錯する思いを述べているものも少なくなく、未知の世界に足を踏み入れる学生たちの率直な気持ちが表れていた。【結論】臨床実習生が周囲から公認されたSD章を付けることは本人の自覚を促し、医師のプロフェッショナリズムの涵養に寄与するものと思われた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"21世紀教育フォーラム,
