あたりの全炭水化物量（内訳，単糖・オリゴ糖：細胞壁多糖）は、黒房すぐりで213.5 mg（67.9 mg：145.6 mg）、赤房すぐりで239.7 mg（87.0 mg：152.7 mg）であった。単糖・オリゴ糖画分のグルコース：フルクトース：スクロースの割合は黒房すぐりでは48.2：16.8：35.0で、赤房すぐりでは48.2：16.8：35.0であった。細胞壁多糖はいずれもペクチン（おもに中性糖を含むラムノガラクツロナン）、ヘミセルロース（おもにキシログルカン、ガラクタン系多糖およびキシラン系多糖）およびセルロースから成っており、これらの比率は黒房すぐりで35.1：35.3：29.6、赤房すぐりで28.4：45.4：26.3であった。両者での炭水化物組成に大きな違いは認められなかった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"19574","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"ノダ,
