教職初任期の適応と社会化を、従来のリアリティショック論やギャップ論の枠組みではなく、自我同一性と社会化の連続性という観点で見ていくのが有意義と指摘したのち、弘前大学教育学部の教員養成カリキュラム履修体験から獲得したことについて、卒業期と入職1年後時点に実施した追跡的PAC
