を「最後の裁定者」として序列体系の頂点に配し、超越的立場から教育の質的向上を図ろうとするエビデンス政策の在り方である。\n　カートライト＆ハーディは、「『そこでうまくいった（it worked there）』から『ここでうまくいく（it will work here）』への飛躍はいかにして可能か」を中核の課題に据え、「ここ」での活用に焦点を当てた活用のためのエビデンス論を展開する。前者から後者へのその飛躍を可能にするため、カートライト＆ハーディは、水平的探求と垂直的探求が必要であること、そして「ここ」というローカル性に徹底的に目を向けることの必要性を説く。\n　加えて、それらの探求を現実に落とし込む際には、「差異」を重視する民主的態度が求められ、またそれに必要なガバナンスの体制が整備されることが期待される。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"20024","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"キリムラ,
