とする）使用の実態と，不適切な行動の背景を明らかにすることを目的とし，A 県B 大学に在籍する女子大学生53名に面接調査を行った。1日使い捨てSCL 使用者の15.4％，2週間頻回交換SCL 使用者の59.0％が使用期限を守っていなかった。期限を守らない理由として，「何日使用したか忘れるから」「レンズが汚れていないから」等の理由が多くあげられた。定期検査の受診状況では，48.1％が定期的に受診しておらず，その理由として現在目に異常がないことをあげていた。また，SCL 使用に関する6項目ついて得点化し，得点に応じて「適切群」，「中間群」，「不適切群」に分類し，目のトラブルの経験について3群間で比較したところ，「炎症の経験あり」の者が不適切群で有意に多かった。\n　SCL 使用者の不適切な行動の背景として，「現在目に異常がない」ことが大きな理由であった。一人ひとりが，不適切な使用により引き起こされる様々な眼障害や使用方法遵守の重要性を理解できるような指導を行い，安全な使用と眼障害の予防に努めていくことが求められる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"20404","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"シラカワ,
