水ならびにオゾン（O）FB 水中に染色布を浸漬して比較した。処理前後の各試料布の表面色を評価するために、分光式色彩計でL*、a* およびb* を測定し、ΔE* を算出して色彩の変化を検討したところ、液体による比較では、O FB 水＞ air FB 水＞純水の順で退色が大きかった。O FB 水とair FB 水の差はOの脱色力によると考えられ、air FB 水と純水の差は気泡の帯電と機械力によると考えられる。また、媒染剤による比較では、無媒染＞ Mg、Al、Ca＞ Ti、Fe、Cuの順で退色が大きかった。さらに、植物色素での比較では、スチューベン果皮＞紫タマネギ外皮＞茶色タマネギ外皮の順で退色が大きかった。主としてスチューベン果皮にはアントシアニン類色素が、茶色タマネギ外皮にはフラボノール類のケルセチンが、紫タマネギ外皮にはアントシアニン類色素とケルセチンが含有されていることから、アントシアニン類色素がより退色しやすいと考えられる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"7087","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"ヤスカワ,
