本稿は,弘前大学大学院教育学研究科教職実践専攻(以下,本専攻と記す)における必修科目「学級経営・学校経営に関する領域の基礎科目:学校安全と危機管理」について,授業内容とその展開のあり方を検討することを目的に,授業の開講前後に実施した受講院生へアンケート調査と授業後の振り返りシートの記述内容,授業の様子等からの分析を試みたので報告する。結果,学校安全と危機管理に関する事例を取り上げ,個人思考・グループ思考・全体思考で考えを深めるプロセスの展開や模擬校内研修等を取り入れることにより,学校安全と危機管理の担い手となる教員としての意識や,不審者対応・アレルギー対応・災害発生時の対応等への理解が深まった。また,管理だけではなく,安全指導や児童生徒の安全に対する能力の育成の重要性にも気づきが見られた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"20990","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"ナカヤ,
