posture"}]},"item_5_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2022-03-29","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"156","bibliographicPageStart":"147","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"127","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前大学教育学部紀要"}]}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究の目的：肢体不自由のあるダウン症児のスイッチを押す行動を目的化させる指導過程において、初任担当教師に対して実践力向上のために間接的援助技法としての行動コンサルテーションを実施し、対象児の操作対象物に対する「見る力」の向上を図ることを意図した。研究計画：朝の会で「おはようございます」を録音した機器のスイッチを押すことを標的行動とし、スイッチを押すまでの潜時及び担当教員による支援回数の変化を評価対象とした。場面：教室での朝の会の場面。対象者：重度両上下肢機能障害を有するダウン症児とその担任教師。介入：操作機器のスイッチを対象児に提示し、シェイピングによる漸次的接近によってスイッチを押す行動を形成した。行動の指標：週ごとのスイッチを押すまでの平均時間と平均支援回数をベースライン期と介入期に分け算出した。さらに、他の場面でのビデオ視聴の継続時間を計測した。結果：標的行動の平均時間は介入期に入り次第に短くなった。それに伴い平均支援回数も減少した。さらに、別場面でのビデオ視聴の週ごとの平均継続時間を８セッションに分けて計測した結果、後半の４セッションの合計が前半より約２倍近く増加した。また、統計的有意差も認めた。結論：結果から、標的行動の形成はなされ、行動コンサルテーションの有用性もあったものと考えられる。この背景には強化子の存在があり、好きな広告を見ることや教師による賞賛などが大きく機能したものと考えられる。また、他の学習場面への般化も見られた。このことは、学校での学習が生活上の質の向上につながる事実と捉えることができ、QOL
