を用いたパルス刺激発生装置、3)スマートフォンによる動画撮影と画像処理ソフトウェアImageJ による画像解析を用いたキモグラフ作成、の3つを用いることによって、実験を簡便かつ安価に行うことができた。特に、ホタテガイの内臓神経節付近にパルス刺激を与えることによって、閉殻筋の単収縮や強縮を観察し、そのキモグラフを作成することができた。さらに研究の過程で、ホタテガイ試料の入手方法が異なれば閉殻筋の収縮特性も異なることが判明したので、それについても報告する。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"7130","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"イワイ,
