弘前大学教育学部研究紀要"}]}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"児童生徒の保健管理上の視点から，学校の救急処置等における医薬品の管理と使用の実態及び養護教諭が困難を感じている事や課題と捉えていることを明らかにし，学校救急処置における適切な医薬品管理・使用の在り方を考察し，学校救急処置体制を改善するための示唆を得ることを目的として，Ａ県内の養護教諭・養護助教諭を対象に調査した。その結果，慢性疾患の児童生徒が処方されている定期的使用や緊急時使用する医療用医薬品，急性疾患の児童生徒が処方されている短期間に使用する医療用医薬品，主に軽微な傷病の救急処置に使用される可能性のある一般用医薬品（市販薬）の管理・使用について，特に「法的な整備」，「学校体制づくり」，「教職員・保護者・学校保健関係専門職らとの連携と共通理解」等の課題があることが明らかになった。アレルギー疾患をもつなど健康に配慮を要する児童生徒が健康で安全な学校生活を送ることができるよう，保健管理面から医薬品の管理と使用が適正かどうかという視点で，現在の救急処置体制を見直し，向上させることが求められる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"7726","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"アラヤ,
