| 内容記述 | 中国は世界で最も人口が多い国として、その人口政策は常に注目を集めている。人口政策は長期的に影響するものなので、「一人っ子政策」だけでなく、その他の政策の変化や運用も含めて人口政策全体を見るべきである。本稿では、中国における計画出産政策には「一人っ子政策」と概括できない政策が地域や時期によって適用されており、そうした差異を踏まえた人口動態の分析とそれに沿った政策評価が必要であることを提示した。そして、2013年以降の「一人っ子政策」の調整は出生が変化した要因になっているか検証するため、5 つの地域のパネルデータを用いて固定効果モデルの推計を試みた。分析の結果、有効な政策変数は見当たらなかった。このことは、2013年以降の「一人っ子政策」の調整はその効果が限定的であることを表している。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | China, as the most populous country in the world, consistently attracts attention for its population policies. Since population policies have long-term implications, it is important to consider the entire population policy, not only the "one-child policy" itself but also other policy changes and their implementation. In this paper, I discussed that there were policies applied based on regions and timeframes that cannot be simply summarized as the "one-child policy." I highlighted the necessity for analyzing demographic trends considering such variations and conduct policy evaluations accordingly. Moreover, in an attempt to ascertain whether the adjustments to the "one-child policy" since 2013 have been a contributing factor to changes in birth rates, I attempted to estimate a fixed-effects model using panel data from five regions. The analysis yielded no significant policy variables, indicating that the effects of the adjustments to the "one-child policy" since 2013 have been limited. | |||||||
