| 内容記述 | Plethysmogram,heart rate and skin temperature of the patients were observed during the cleansing of bed bath,in order to investigate its influence to blood circuation. Tbere sults wereas follows; According to start of clean sing of bed bath,height of plethysmogram, heart rate and skin temperature were temporary reduced, and then, they gradually increased after the clean sing was over. The reduction rate of plethysmogram was lowest and the reduction rate of skin temperature was highest. On the recovery stage of each, rising of skin temperature was most rapidly. How ever,it was not recognized the statistical difference between the date of each stage, respectively. Conclusionally, in the cleansillg of bed bath with out active moving of the patients, the in creasing sign of whole-body or local blood circuration could not be recognized difinetly with these experiments. |
